Accepting Requests from My Profile or the Customer Record

Requests allow members to make a request of association staff. This creates a request record in the system and can be set to automatically create a task for a staff user.

A customer can submit a request by navigating to their My Profile page > Requests tab by clicking the Add New Request button.

In the Add Request form, the user selects from the list of Request Types and provides a description of their request in the Description/Information text box.
